To mechanizm obronny, który pozwolił naszemu gatunkowi przetrwać. Gdy coś słyszysz, nie wiesz co to, nie widzisz tego, to uciekaj, bo to może cię zabić!

Króciutko, bo zaraz uciekam do pracy, a z telefonu tragicznie się pisze :D Nie osłuchałam się jeszcze dobrze z całym albumem, boniestety nie miałam na to czasu... Po pierwszym odsłuchu mam wrażenie, że ogólnie album jest bardzo równy, ciężko wyłonić najsłabsze kawałki, ale najmniejsze wrażenie zrobił na mnie instrumental i ballada (to oczywiście może się zmienić). Jako moich faworytów podaję Shudder (cud, miód i orzeszki), Alpenglow - który porwał mnie od samego początku i słuchałam go w kółko! Oraz kolos - tekstowo bardzo mi się podoba, konstrukcja utworu jest świetna i ten głos Floor gdy "mówi" - hipnotyzujący, magiczny, ach cudowny! W Alpenglow uwielbiam tą zmianę, która zachodzi chyba w przedostatnim refrenie - zakochałam się ♥ Na razie tyle, ale obiecuję, że napiszę więcej. I zrobiłam wam wątki do interpretacji poszczególnych utworów ;) ENJOY ;)

Wczoraj zrobiłam sobie wieczór z Richardem i obejrzałam kilka dłuższych wystąpień i dyskusji z jego udziałem. Mądrze mówi, ale ma typowo naukowe podejście. To nie filozof ;) a przynajmniej nie taki typowy. W dyskusji z jakimś australijskim kardynałem został zapytany o to dlaczego człowiek istnieje, bo religia na to pytanie odpowiada, a nauka je omija. Jego odpowiedź była mądra, ale też bardzo naukowa. Bo to tak jakby zapytać dlaczego góra istnieje. Jaki jest jej cel. Nauka nie odpowiada na pytanie "dlaczego" w takim sensie. Stara się odpowiedzieć na pytanie "dlaczego" w sensie skąd? w jaki sposób? Pytanie "dlaczego?" w sensie, o który chodziło kardynałowi Richard skwitował "thats silly question". I z naukowego punktu widzenia miał rację. Bo może tak naprawdę wcale nie ma w tym większego sensu? Jakiegoś zamysłu? Faktycznie nie jest to mądre pytanie, bo nie da się na takie odpowiedzieć. Można rozmyślać, snuć teorie, ale tych teorii nic nie potwierdzi. A z naukowego punktu widzenia teorie niczym nie poparte są po prostu nic nie warte ;)

Wydaje mi się, że jest to człowiek, który traktuje innych trochę z góry, ale może to dlatego, że ma już swoje lata i zdaje sobie też sprawę z tego jaką posiada wiedzę. A wiedzę ma ogromną. Z jego teorią na temat religii się zgadzam. Tylko że ja nie czuję potrzeby udowadniania ludziom tego, że "mają halucynacje" ;) Każdy wierzy, bądź nie wierzy w co chce. To tak samo jak z ludźmi wierzącymi, wśród nich również często zdarzają się tacy, którzy na siłę chcą pokazać ateiście, że Bóg / bogowie istnieje. Wtedy zaczynam używać argumentów, bo normalne jest to, że jeśli ktoś cię atakuje, to się bronisz. Jeżeli chodzi o jego współpracę z zespołem to nie mam zdania. Zainspirował Tuomasa, Jak Don Rosa, Tuo chciał aby człowiek, który go zainspirował miał wkład w tworzenie jego albumu. I udało się. I bardzo dobrze. Przez to album stał się bardziej autentyczny moim zdaniem ;)

Ja już szykuję się na co najmniej dwa kolejne ;) Jeden wiem gdzie, ale jeszcze nie zdecydowałam co, a drugie wiem jak ma wyglądać, ale jeszcze nie wybrałam miejsca :D
